How Can I Help?

I am passionate about helping others. I hold the firm belief that everyone has the inner strength and capacity to maintain their own wellbeing and to find their path to becoming the best person they can potentially be, sometimes with a little help.

My name is Tetiana. I am an Integrative Counsellor and I apply theories and principles of Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Transactional Analysis (TA) in my practice.

Person-Centred Therapy (PCT)

PST asserts that you already have the answers you need and, by using the three core skills of empathy, unconditional positive regard and congruence, you will be able to move to a better place on your own.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Transactional Analysis (TA)

CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, sensations and actions are interconnected. It aims to help you deal with problems in a positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts.

TA recognises that the personality is made up of three 'ego states' (Parent, Adult, Child). It analyses interactions between these ego states and raises awareness of them as a way to solve emotional problems.
